Zeltive provides IT solutions and services including but not limited to web development, graphic design, ecommerce solutions, digital marketing, and programming services. All services are provided subject to the terms and conditions outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment terms for services will be specified in individual project agreements. All fees are due as per the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
All content, designs, code, and materials created by Zeltive remain the property of Zeltive until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights will be transferred as specified in the service agreement.
In no event shall Zeltive or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Zeltive's website.
The materials appearing on Zeltive's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zeltive does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
